A train engineer made an emergency brake stop mid-run while there was nobody on board, but he kept driving without noticing a man who had fallen. A 45-year-old spectator at the platform witnessed the fall and provided urgent assistance. The injured individual had to be rushed to the hospital.
The authorities initiated an inquiry into the matter, suspecting a potential hazard caused to the train services. Yet, there were no delays or disruptions in the train traffic.
