Law enforcement official reports suggest that the driver didn't notice the 53-year-old drifter around 11 PM on a Tuesday night. Tragically, the transient expired right there due to his injuries. The authorities seized the vehicle for examination and, following the prosecutor's orders, also requested the assistance of an expert.
