A fellow was gravely harmed in the wee hours of the night within Chemnitz's Luther Quarter. As per police records, a 47-year-old individual was detained as a prime suspect.
Neighbors at a shared living complex on Carl-von-Ossietzky Street notified authorities shortly past midnight due to a heated dispute emanating from a neighboring unit. Upon arrival, the authorities located the 47-year-old suspect in the building's stairwell, who exhibited minor injuries and showed signs of inebriation. In the suspect's residence, officers discovered a critically injured 44-year-old male. Regrettably, despite medical intervention at the hospital, the man succumbed to his wounds.
