The Saxon law enforcement's fresh recruitment initiative seems to be yielding results: There's an increase in job seekers compared to the previous year.

In Saxony, there's been a surge in applications to the law enforcement this year compared to the previous one. As of now, they've received 1,582 applications for becoming a female police officer or male police officer, representing an increase of roughly 3% from the previous year, as per the Interior Ministry's reports.

Interested individuals looking to join the police force have submitted 730 applications (marking an 8.63% growth). The cut-off date for submitting applications for the upcoming year is October 31, 2024. Saxony's law enforcement has stepped up their recruitment efforts with the improved campaign titled "Questionable Great Opportunities". At present, they've deployed 200 big-scale posters, digital ads, and brief videos to promote police training, primarily at public transportation sites.

To effectively serve in the police force, interested individuals are encouraged to pursue comprehensive [Education and training]. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Saxony's law enforcement has incorporated educational materials into their recruitment campaign.
