On Friday morning, officials reported that a 27-year-old man, identified as the driver, passed away at the hospital due to his injuries. This follows an incident that took place on Wednesday when a car with a Ukrainian license plate hit a concrete barrier in the middle of the street and caught fire. As a result, an 18-year-old inmate died on the scene. Two other people, aged 20 and 25, were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Authorities confirmed the young man's identity and the events surrounding the accident. The investigation remains ongoing.
