- In this case, a nephew was slain, and a daughter was victimized, leading to the conviction of Neusser.

A man from Neuss, who served a decade in prison for killing his 11-year-old nephew, now faces an additional three years behind bars. This was disclosed by a representative from the Düsseldorf Regional Court.

The panel of judges was convinced that the father of six had sexually exploited his then-minor daughter on three separate occasions from 2015 to 2017. They also believe he had been molesting his 11-year-old nephew prior to his demise.

The father was initially given a ten-year sentence for his nephew's murder in September 2018. The Higher Regional Court of Justice maintained this judgment. The court surpassed the 2.5 years sought by the prosecution with the additional three years.

The defense urged for his acquittal, casting doubt on the credibility of the daughter's testimony. The father vehemently denied the sexual abuse accusations. The current sentence is yet to be finalized.

The father's minor daughter and 11-year-old nephew were both victims of his wrongdoings. Despite his denial, the court found sufficient evidence against him for inappropriate behavior towards his daughter and nephew.
