In the Bavarian town of Ottobeuren, as well as in Weiler-Simmerberg, the amount of rain reached about 108 and 104 liters respectively. Meanwhile, in the Ravensburg district of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Wangen im Allgaeu experienced the most rainfall with a whopping 108 liters per square meter. In Kißlegg, the rainfall reached approximately 105 liters.

These heavy downpours have resulted in elevated water levels in numerous rivers. Residents of Baden-Wuerttemberg and Bavaria are bracing themselves for a rainy weekend, where significant, consistent showers are expected. The German Weather Service (DWD) has maintained the highest warning level in many areas.
