Young equine marvel, Nortolanda, guided by Michel Rothengatter, clinched the 129th German Trotting Derby. This prestigious event, valued at 236,951 euros, took place over 1,900 meters on the Mariendorf racetrack. With Nortolanda leading the way, Photobox and Robbin Bot, as well as Remember Me with Joakim Löwgren, followed closely behind, securing second and third place respectively. The triumphant pair pocketed a generous 110,475 euros.

Rothengatter marked an unforgettable weekend with this victory. The previous day, the Dutchman had already celebrated victory in the 26th Filly Derby, thanks to Speedrise Lady S.

Rothengatter's triumph in the German Trotting Derby with Nortolanda opened up opportunities for horse racing enthusiasts to witness an exciting rematch in future races. After his successful weekend, Rothengatter is now highly anticipated in the world of Horse racing events.
