Ukrenergo, the Ukrainian state-owned energy provider, acknowledged power outages, and train traffic disruptions ensued. "Several damages in the energy sector" were reported by Zelensky, and restoration efforts were already initiated.

Saporizhzhia Governor Ivan Fedorov acknowledged a civilian casualty in the region due to attacks. "The enemy shelled a private home," he clarified.
The mayor of the northern city of Luzk, Ihor Polischchuk, reported that a multi-family building was hit by "enemy fire," resulting in one death.
In Shytomyr, one fatality and numerous injuries were reported by authorities in the central Ukrainian region.
In Lviv, energy facilities were targeted, as reported by Governor Maksym Kozytskyi on Telegram. This resulted in "isolated power outages" in Lviv city and the region.
Earlier, Poltava Governor Filipp Pronin reported that five individuals were wounded in an attack on an industrial facility.
The Kharkiv region authorities reported a resident's passing due to Russian rocket fire on Monday morning, though it's unclear if this incident is linked to the drone and rocket attacks.
The Polish army reported a violation of Polish airspace following the most recent Russian attack wave. "We are possibly dealing with the invasion of a flying object into Polish territory," said General Maciej Klisz. An "object, likely a drone," was confirmed by "at least three radar stations" before vanishing from radar during the early hours of the morning.
