Thursdays in June tend to have a bumpy beginning involving powerful storms, thunder, and heavy downpours. The German Meteorological Service predicts that these storms will appear from early morning, bringing rainfall as much as 15 liters per square meter every hour. Alongside this, thunderstorms are also on the cards.
The North Sea and northerly areas will experience quite a bit of wind and rain. The hottest temperature of the day will be in East Frisia with 16 degrees, and 20 degrees in the southeastern region of Lower Saxony.
As we head further into the week, more wind and rain will be the norm until the weekend. The DWD forecasts that Friday will have rain showers mixed with shifting clouds in the northwestern area of the state, with temperatures ranging from 16 to 21 degrees. On Saturday, the south region might enjoy more pleasant conditions, while the northwest can anticipate more downpours. Sunday is expected to be predominantly cloudy, with much higher chances of showers alongside the coast.

Bremen, located nearby, might also encounter similar weather conditions, given the continuous pattern of rain and storms. On the other hand, DWD warns that Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony, could face another thunderstorm, further emphasizing the unpredictable weather in the region.
