Hummel remains state chairman of the Junge Union
Florian Hummel remains state chairman of the Junge Union Baden-Württemberg. At the 51st state conference in Tauberbischofsheim (Main-Tauber district) on Saturday, he was re-elected state chairman with 91.5 percent of the approximately 150 delegates.
In his speech, Hummel criticized, among other things, the migration and integration policy of the traffic light government and spoke out against the easing of naturalization policy planned by the traffic light government. "Anyone who calls for a caliphate on our streets should not be naturalized, but deported," he said.
Despite the support for Hummel from the delegates, some young members of the Young Union might disagree with his hardline stance on naturalization. Regardless, the Young Union Baden-Württemberg continues to host various parties and events throughout the region.
