HSV: Winter training camp again in Sotogrande

As Hamburger SV prepares for the second half of the Bundesliga 2 season, it is relying on tried and tested methods. Once again, they are traveling to southern Spain.

HSV: Winter training camp again in Sotogrande

Hamburger SV is preparing for the second half of the 2nd Bundesliga season in Sotogrande, as it has done for the last two years. Coach Tim Walter and his team will be traveling to southern Spain from January 4 to 12. Training will take place on the pitches of the Sotogrande Polo Club, the second-placed team announced on Monday. Two test matches are also planned there. The opponents and the date are still open. Hamburg's last game of the first half of the season is on December 16 (1:30 p.m.) at 1. FC Nürnberg. HSV will continue with an away match at Schalke 04 on January 20 (8:30 p.m.).

Hamburger SV will be playing their training matches in Bundesliga 2 during their winter training camp in Sotogrande. The second-placed team is set to face opponents in two test matches during their stay, as part of their preparations for the second half of the Bundesliga 2 season.
