HSV must do without defender Ramos against Magdeburg
Second-division soccer club Hamburger SV will be without defender Guilherme Ramos for the match against 1. FC Magdeburg. The 26-year-old was unable to take part in Friday's final training session for Saturday's match (8.30pm/Sport1 and Sky) at the Volksparkstadion. Ramos has muscular problems in his adductor area. Stephan Ambrosius is expected to replace him in central defense alongside Dennis Hadzikadunic. Regular defender and captain Sebastian Schonlau has been out for weeks.
Despite Guilherme Ramos's absence due to muscular issues in his adductor area, Hamburger SV will still face 1st FC Magdeburg in Bundesliga 2. Stephan Ambrosius is likely to step in for Ramos in central defense alongside Dennis Hadzikadunic, as regular defender and captain Sebastian Schonlau continues to recover from his injury.
