A house fire in Schwarzenbruck, Landkreis Nürnberger Land, resulted in around 700,000 euros worth of damage. The incident occurred near the oven late on a Sunday night, as per a police spokesperson. Fortunately, the two elderly residents, aged 77 and 76, managed to escape the burning building without injury. For now, the house is deemed uninhabitable.
For reasons as yet unexplained, two cars collide on a county road in the district of Rotenburg. The road is temporarily closed.
The car burns out after the accident. Both the driver and the seven-year-old child die at the scene.
