Science - Homes as AI laboratories: research into human behavior
At first glance, they are completely normal apartments. And yet very different. The University of Bayreuth has created a research environment in Kulmbach that makes it possible to study everyday human actions and analyze them with the help of artificial intelligence (AI): Cleaning, cooking, eating, interacting with other people.
Aldo Faisal, Professor of Digital Health with a focus on data science in the life sciences at the University of Bayreuth, will present the Live-in-Lab on Monday (12:00). According to the university, it is one of the leading laboratories in Europe for digital research into human behavior in the home environment. The University of Bayreuth has also had a location in Kulmbach for several years.
