Soccer - Hoffenheim loan talent Hyryläinen to Ulm

Football-Bundesligist TSG 1899 Hoffenheim have loaned out Luka Hyryläinen to Second League promoters SSV Ulm 1846 for the upcoming season. As the Kraichgauers announced on Wednesday, the 19-year-old talent had previously extended his contract with the TSG prematurely until June 30, 2026. In Ulm, the midfielder is supposed to take the next step.

The Finnish U21-National player established himself in the Hoffenheimer U23 last season. "It makes sense for Luka's further development that he gathers more playing time at a high level. We have had very good experiences with such loans in the past and are confident that this step will benefit both Luka and the TSG," said Bastian Huber, Technical Director at the TSG.
