Hoffenheim's TSG 1899 has wrapped up the transfer window by welcoming defender Arthur Chaves to their ranks. The 23-year-old Brazilian international moves to the German Bundesliga outfit from Portuguese second-division club Académico Viseu. The club hasn't revealed the duration of the deal.

As expressed by Frank Kramer, Hoffenheim's current sporting director, "He now has the chance to progress in his career, demonstrate his talents, and ultimately adjust to the standard here in Hoffenheim."

The transfer of Arthur Chaves to Hoffenheim's TSG 1899 marks a significant addition to their defense for the upcoming season. With the closure of the transfer window, Hoffenheim now has a strengthened squad, ready to compete in the German Bundesliga.
