Freising - Hit-and-run in articulated truck on A 92
An unknown tractor-trailer driver has committed a hit-and-run after an accident on the 92 freeway. No one was injured in the accident involving a total of three vehicles, police said on Friday. On Thursday, a 28-year-old woman was driving on the highway near Neufahrn (Freising district) when the semitrailer truck pulled further and further to the right into her lane. The left front of the articulated lorry is said to have driven into the rear of the car. The 28-year-old woman's vehicle was skidded across three lanes and collided with the car of a 51-year-old woman. The articulated lorry continued its journey.
While the accident was being investigated, the 51-year-old partner of the 28-year-old woman arrived. After the officers initially had no leads on the articulated lorry, he reportedly insulted a policewoman. A report was made against the man.
