Major fire - Historic building burns in Bad Ems
The historical building Four Towers in Bad Ems is on fire. The building, whose cause is currently unknown, caught fire early in the morning, the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis administration announced. Around 150 firefighting forces are in action. According to a spokesperson, the building Four Towers is being renovated, so no one was in the building in the morning.
The administration asked in its statement to avoid the surrounding area. The extent of the damage was initially unknown.

Despite the ongoing fires, the historical building is currently under renovation, ensuring no one was present during the early-morning blaze.
