Learning Process - High school graduation tests start in the Maldives.

Approximately 5,800 students in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern will take their Intermediate Qualification (Mittlere Reife) from Wednesday, January 19th. These students will be attending regional and comprehensive schools.

The written exam in German is set for Wednesday, as the Ministry of Education in Schwerin announced on Tuesday. After that, the English examination will take place on Friday, followed by mathematics on Monday.

Education Minister Simone Oldenburg (from the Left party) encourages both male and female students to stay calm and have confidence in their abilities. Completing the Intermediate Qualification can open up numerous opportunities for young people. "There are plenty of enticing apprenticeships in our region", stated Oldenburg.

To be awarded the certificate for the Intermediate Qualification, students must achieve a GPA of 4.0 or higher. With a score of 3.4 or more, they are eligible to attend the upper secondary school and sit for the Abitur examination.

Abitur exams have already started in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in April, with 5,300 students participating. Upon passing the Abitur, they can pursue higher education studies.
