Division two soccer team Hertha BSC has boosted its fan base. Revealing this news, interim president Fabian Drescher shared on Sunday that the Berlin team now has 54,192 memberships. Proudly adding, "We've seen a nearly 5,000-member surge since our previous general meeting," Drescher expressed gratitude at the CityCube Messe Berlin event.
It's revealing that Hertha, known as the blue-and-whites, are lagging behind Berlin city rivals Union Berlin. Union Berlin, playing in the Bundesliga, now has 66,110 members, as of March's end.
