Hertha BSC, a football team from Berlin's second division, is letting out their right-back Julian Eitschberger once more. According to their announcement, the youngster will be joining Red-White Essen, a team in the third division, until the season ends. In the previous season, Hertha had loaned out their local talent to Halle's football club.

As sporting director Benjamin Weber put it, "This chance for Eitschi to garner more practical knowledge and playing time at such a determined and storied club has presented itself. He was eager to seize it, and alongside him, we managed to find an acceptable arrangement."

Eitschberger joined Hertha BSC's football academy in 2017 and made his professional debut in the 2021/2022 season's derby against Union Berlin, 1 FC.

Eitschberger's loan move to Red-White Essen is a chance for him to gain experience in a different Football league, as Red-White Essen is a team in the third division. After his successful loan spell with Halle's football club in the previous season, Hertha BSC is hoping that he can further develop his skills in a higher-level Football league.
