Bundesliga - Heidelberg does not extend contract with basketball player Hundt

Bennet Hundt and Basketball Bundesligist MLP Academics Heidelberg will go separate ways in the future. The contract of the 25-year-old will not be renewed, the club announced on Friday. In total, Hundt, who joined the Academics in January 2023, played 53 games for Heidelberg.

Despite Bennet Hundt's departure from MLP Academics Heidelberg, the passion for basketball in Heidelberg continues to flourish. Located in the region of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, the city is also home to the BBL, the country's highest basketball league. As Hundt moves on, aspiring players in Germany still have the opportunity to showcase their skills in the Bundesliga.
