On Sunday, the city of Leipzig in Saxony could face heavy rain, strong winds, hail, and even possible thunderstorms, following the level 2 alert issued by DWD. The storms that hit Saxony the previous day, including Leipzig, causing sudden flooding on some roads, serve as a reminder of the destructive capabilities of these storms.
