The German meteorological agency is issuing a warning for the area west of Augsburg due to the impending severe thunderstorms. Residents are advised to be cautious and take necessary precautions as there is a potential danger from electrical strikes, toppled trees, high-voltage cables, scaffolding, and other massive objects. Loose branches and rooftop tiles might also fall, causing rapid flooding of streets, subterranean routes, and even basements. Furthermore, aquaplaning, landslides, and hailstorms may also take place.
