Weather - Heat in Hesse: Rain and thunderstorms in some areas

On Friday, it will be changing from partly cloudy to strongly overcast in the morning, with localized rain showers possible, according to the DWD. However, the weather will become increasingly pleasant in the rest of the day. The thermometer will show temperatures between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 28 degrees in Southern Hesse. The wind will be moderate.

During Saturday, there will be more clouds. Starting from the late afternoon, there will be localized showers and thunderstorms. Heavy rain is also possible. According to DWD, the highest temperatures will be between 25 and 29 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 31 degrees in Southern Hesse. A light wind is expected.

In Southern Hesse, where temperatures can reach up to 28 degrees Celsius on Friday, residents might encounter localized rain showers, as predicted by DWD. On Saturday, DWD warns of localized thunderstorms and heavy rain in the late afternoon in Offenbach, part of the larger Hesse region. Despite these weather changes, the weather agency forecasts temperatures still rising, reaching a high of 31 degrees Celsius in Southern Hesse.
