DeAndre Lansdowne, whose contract was slated to run until 2025, has also been said to have signed an early extension, keeping his association with the team until 2026. The announcement was made at the culmination of the Saxons' season.

This season, Niners Chemnitz achieved victory in the Fiba Europe Cup. In the Bundesliga, they advanced to the playoff semi-finals. Although they lost to Alba Berlin, despite having a 2-1 lead in the series.
