Movie - Harry Potter exhibition comes to Germany in May
The magical worlds of Harry Potter are coming to Germany in early summer. An interactive exhibition will open in Munich on May 10, 2024, Semmel Concerts announced on Tuesday. The show will take visitors behind the scenes of the films about the magical universe based on the bestsellers by J. K. Rowling. From original costumes to authentic props, they will be able to see everything up close, the organizers promise. Costumes, props and pictures from the Broadway production of "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" will also be on display.
According to Semmel Concerts, "Harry Potter: The Exhibition" celebrated its world premiere in Philadelphia in the USA in February 2022. Following stops of the Wizarding World of Warner Bros. Discovery in cities such as New York, Barcelona and Macau, Munich will be the first stop in Germany. Ticket sales for the show in the Small Olympic Hall start on Friday at 10.00 am.
The "Harry Potter - Visions of Magic" show will run in Cologne until June 2, 2024. The organizers promise an interactive art experience with atmospheric light and sound installations as well as sculptural models.
