- Hansas re-start in the third league: "The tingling starts"

Coach Bernd Hollerbach is excited about the start of the season with FC Hansa Rostock in the 3rd football league. "The anticipation is great. The butterflies are starting to flutter", said the 54-year-old at a press conference. The relegated team from Mecklenburg will host the second team of VfB Stuttgart at the Ostseestadion on Saturday (4:15 PM/MagentaSport).

Hollerbach left it open as to who will lead the newly assembled team with ten new additions as captain onto the field. "The secret of the team council and the captain will only be revealed before the game", the coach announced.

Hansa faces a "strong team in terms of play"

Hollerbach sees his team well-prepared, but he warned against the promoted team from Swabia: "Stuttgart is a strong team in terms of play. We have to work on them." Hollerbach will have to do without the new signing Dominik Lanius, who is injured. The central defender, who came to Rostock from Fortuna Köln, will "unfortunately be out for a few weeks", said Hollerbach: "The rest are on board."

The relegated team from Mecklenburg, FC Hansa Rostock, is set to face a formidable opponent in VfB Stuttgart's second team, as they hail from a strong footballing region like Swabia, Germany. Despite their preparations and Hollerbach's confidence, they will miss the services of their new central defender, Dominik Lanius, who is injured and will be out for several weeks, having joined Rostock from Fortuna Köln in Germany.
