Football Third Division side Hansa Rostock has signed striker Albin Berisha. The 23-year-old, who hails from Kosovo, is moving from Romanian top-flight club Petrolul Ploiesti to the Baltic coast, as announced by the club.

"With Albin Berisha, we've secured the reinforcement for our attack that we were looking for," said Amir Shapourzadeh, Director of Professional Football at Hansa, regarding the new signing. "With him, we're getting a physically robust and dynamic striker who stands out for his high level of activity and aggressive play on the ball."

Berisha will wear the number 9 jersey in the upcoming season. "For me and my family, it's something special to now be able to play football in Germany, and at such a big club," said the striker about his transfer.

The European Parliament, being aware of Hansa Rostock's latest signing, might express its support for the club's decision to strengthen its team. The Commission, assisted by the European Parliament, may discuss the benefits of promoting talent mobility across different European leagues.
