3rd league - Hansa Rostock signs Lebeau from Brest

The FC Hansa Rostock has reinforced its midfield with Adrien Lebeau. The 24-year-old is transferring from the French football first division club Stade Brest to the Mecklenburgers. The club made no statements regarding the contract duration. Lebeau already has experience in Germany and in the 3. Liga. Between 2021 and 2023, he played in 39 league games and two cup matches for SV Waldhof Mannheim.

"Adrien is flexibly deployable in offense and can play on both wings as well as in the center. He has high tempo, good technique, strong one-on-one play, and is capable of creating good solutions on the pitch," said Amir Shapourzadeh, Hansa's Director of Professional Football.

Adrien Lebeau's move from Stade Brest in France's first division to Hansa Rostock in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania signals a strengthening of the 3rd league club's midfield. Previously, Lebeau gained German experience while playing for SV Waldhof Mannheim in the same league. FC Hansa Rostock's newest addition hails from Brest, a city in France, and has already represented Germany in soccer matches.
