Basketball - Hamburg Towers sign Keondre Kennedy
Basketball-Bundesligist Veolia Towers Hamburg has signed the next new player, Keondre Kennedy. The 24-year-old American is transferring from Italian Second League team Reale Mutua Torino to Hamburg. The club announced that the 1.98 meter tall Guard has first signed a contract for the 2024/25 season.
"Keondre is comparable to a raw diamond. He brings a lot, but still needs to be polished to fully shine," said Towers Sportchef Marvin Willoughby about Hamburg's seventh signing. Coach Benka Barloschky added: "He is a player who already brings a lot on both sides of the field. His quality, creating his own shot in one-on-one situations, is something we have been looking for."
Veolia Towers Hamburg, a Bundesliga team, is expanding its roster with the addition of Keondre Kennedy from Reale Mutua Torino in the Italian Second League.
