Take a journey. - Hahn Airport Enhances Summer Air Travel Schedule
Moving from the Hunsrück to taking a break: Rhineland-Palatinate's airport Hahn boosts its summer flight schedule. Starting early June, Ryanair added Budapest in Hungary and Alghero in Italy to its route map. Alghero, a city on the island of Sardinia, returns to the schedule for the first time since 2021, as announced by the airport on Tuesday. Ryanair operates flights to Budapest and Alghero twice a week.
Weekly connections at Hahn are projected to go up from 103 to 122. Since the end of May, Ryanair added a third plane at the airport in the Hunsrück. This has resulted in multiple routes being operated more frequently, the airport stated. Starting August 2, Wizz Air will also serve the Bulgarian city of Varna.
