- Gunshot wounded man
From a car, an unknown assailant opened fire on a father and his son in Berlin's Gesundbrunnen. The 25-year-old son was struck in the leg by a bullet on Monday evening and was injured, as police reported. He was taken to the hospital.
The car had stopped in the Soldiner Straße while the two men were walking across the sidewalk. Then the shots were fired. The assailant(s) fled the scene in the vehicle.
The local police were notified immediately after the incident on the Soldiner Straße. Upon arrival, they secured the area and began investigating the drunken escape of the suspect(s) in the police report.
