Top striker Serhou Guirassy from VfB Stuttgart has sparked rumors of a potential move to Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund. When asked about his hypothetical engagement with Dortmund, Guirassy told Sky, "Of course. It's a massive club. But nothing has developed; I'm still contracted to play with Stuttgart."

Rumors about Guirassy joining Dortmund have been circulating for a while. However, it appears no hasty decisions are coming anytime soon. "I've been with the national team, now it's time for a break. We'll know in a few weeks precisely what's going to transpire," said the Guinean international, who masterfully scored 28 goals for Stuttgart in the recent Bundesliga season.

In 2022, Stuttgart's sports director Sven Mislintat, now working for BVB, had brought the striker from Stade Rennes to Stuttgart. With a contract that extends until June 30, 2026, Guirassy's arrangement features an exit clause, spurring speculation about a potential transfer. Previously, whispers of his transfer in earlier transfer windows have been rampant.
