Local governments - Greater number of voters in Saxony-Anhalt than in past elections

In the recent European and Municipality Elections of Saxony-Anhalt, a higher number of individuals turned up to cast their votes, compared to past years. With data provided by the regional electoral body, it can be confirmed that more than 60% of eligible voters participated in the European voting, which is an almost 6% boost from the European voting back in 2019.
