Berlin and Brandenburg are entering the new week with mostly gray skies and mild temperatures. However, a little white on Christmas Eve next weekend in the form of snow or sleet cannot be ruled out, according to the German Weather Service in Potsdam. According to the forecast, the second half of the week will be cooler, windier and rainy.

Initially on Sunday, the cloud cover from the Fläming to the Elster and in the evening also in Berlin will become increasingly lighter at eight to ten degrees. According to the meteorologists, just under two degrees would be normal at this time of year.

With another seven to nine degrees, the sky will remain mostly cloudy on Monday and Tuesday. There may be some rain between Prignitz and Uckermark on Monday. From Wednesday, it will become increasingly uncomfortable, cooler, the wind will pick up and it will start to rain.
