"Rain and snow infiltrating the structure have caused significant damage to the building for years. The frequent swap between rainy and frosty weather has weakened the masonry," the speaker shared. "This has resulted in numerous cracks and gaps appearing in the walls. The constant moisture is another significant concern, causing harm to the wall art.
