Hansa Rostock, a team that was relegated from the second league, has secured their first acquisition for the upcoming 2024/25 season. The club announced on Saturday that Benjamin Uphoff will be joining them from SC Freiburg. Uphoff, aged 30, is replacing Markus Kolke, who is now playing for Bundesliga team Werder Bremen.
