2nd league - Goal scorer Tabakovic back in Hertha training
Haris Tabakovic, the goalscorer of Hertha BSC, returned to the team training after the summer break. The 30-year-old top scorer of the previous 2. Bundesliga season was shown with his teammates on Schenckendorffplatz, as the capital club indicated in a post.
Tabakovic was still on duty with the Bosnian national team after the end of the league and therefore joined training later than most of his colleagues. It is unclear whether the striker will play for Hertha in the coming season. Other clubs are said to be interested in him. If Hertha receives a lucrative offer, they might agree to a transfer.
Hertha BSC's training sessions resumed at Schenckendorffplatz in Berlin following the summer break. Tabakovic, who excelled in Bundesliga 2 last season, participated in the team's soccer drills. Despite the interest from other clubs, Hertha BSC Berlin is yet to decide on Tabakovic's role in the upcoming Bundesliga season.
