Restrictions on motorway - Full blocking of A1 for removal of free-flow line
The Autobahn 1 between the motorway interchange Bargteheide and the junction Bad Oldesloe will be fully closed in both directions on August 14 from 20.00 to 24.00. The reason for this is the removal of a power line that hangs over the motorway, the Federal Motorway Company announced. Detours will be signposted at the respective junctions. Motorists are asked to pass through the area with particular caution and to observe the speed limits.
Due to the motorway closure, there will be strict restrictions on alternative routes for motorists on August 14. Investigations revealed that the power line removal necessitated a complete restriction of traffic on the Autobahn 1 section.
