A 37-year-old motorist sped off from a traffic stop in Delmenhorst. The fellow was cruisin' sans a valid permit and came close to crashing into two gals strollin' their pooches during his high-speed getaway, according to evening reports from the cops. The ladies dodged a collision with the guy's whip by swiftly hoppin' outta the way.

Previously, law enforcement had given chase to the 37-year-old's vehicle. But he caught wind of their intentions and floored it, police detailed. He broke speed limits, zipping along at around 90 kph in a 30 kph zone.

Eventually, the officers managed to bring the vehicle to a halt. That's when they found out the 37-year-old was, in fact, driverless. He's lookin' at charges for drivin' without a permit, along with hearings for reckless drivin' and jeopardizin' traffic safety.

The motorist's dangerous escape took place in the German state of Lower Saxony, specifically in Delmenhorst. Despite evading the police in Lower Saxony, the man's reckless driving landed him in trouble, potentially leading to severe consequences.
