A 39-year-old driver was hit by a freight train in Krakow am See(Rostock district) and suffered life-threatening injuries. The accident on Wednesday evening occurred at an unrestricted level crossing, said a police spokeswoman. The man had apparently disregarded the stop signal. The car was dragged several meters.
