Football Bundesliga club SC Freiburg has signed midfielder Tessa Blumenberg. The U19 national team player is switching from league rival VfL Wolfsburg to the Dreisam, as announced by the sports club. The duration of the contract with the 19-year-old was not disclosed.
"Tessa brings many attributes that can help our game. Now it will be about gradually bringing her up to Bundesliga level and together further developing her talent," said Birgit Bauer-Schick, SC's women's football area manager.
