In Eisleben (Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz), 14 individuals were successfully saved from a residential blaze. The 21-year-old occupant of the flat required hospitalization on Friday night, as per the statement released by a police representative from Halle on Saturday. The apartment can no longer be inhabited, as it exhibits shattered window panes. The police estimate the damage to be around 40,000 euros. Two volunteer fire departments participated, utilizing 11 vehicles and 52 personnel. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the criminal police.
