Emmendingen County - Four people harmed following an apartment blaze.

A blaze in Teningen (Emmendingen district) left several residents with minor injuries. Three occupants and a neighbor were given medical attention due to potential carbon monoxide exposure, as confirmed by a police rep. Additionally, a firefighter sustained slight injuries. Thankfully, the residents were able to safely evacuate the property on their own on Monday night. The fire originated in a second-floor apartment of a multi-unit home. The source of the fire remained unknown. The estimated damage was roughly 200,000 euros according to the police's assessment.
