Crime - Four boys steal more than 24 license plates in Rotenburg
Four boys have stolen more than 24 license plates in Rotenburg. The 11 to 14-year-olds initially came forward as witnesses to the crime, as the police announced on Sunday. However, when the group was later found near another crime scene, the four became the focus of the investigation. The boys finally admitted to the license plate thefts and led the officers to the hiding places. The police seized all the license plates that had already been reported stolen and discovered others that had not yet been reported. The thefts took place between Friday evening and Saturday evening in the Rotenburg city area. The boys were handed over to their parents.
