- Following an unfortunate truck collision, A2 is currently under restriction. Two fatalities have been reported.

The A2 road is completely blocked in both directions due to an unfortunate truck accident in the Schaumburg area, specifically between the Rehren and Lauenau interchanges. At around 1:00 AM, the truck somehow plowed through the median divider, as reported by a police spokesperson. Two individuals in the vehicle sustained fatal injuries. At the moment, no additional information regarding the deceased individuals has been disclosed.

The accident happening on the A2 road has caused significant traffic disruptions in lower Saxony, affecting commuters traveling between Rehren and Lauenau. Due to the incident, travelers planning trips in Lower Saxony should consider alternative routes to avoid the congestion.
