Severe weather condition with strong winds, heavy rainfall, and possibly hail or snow is on the horizon. - Flooding continues to center around the Danube River.

In Ingolstadt, the high water is predicted to occur in the evening, whereas in Regensburg, it's already anticipated in the early hours of the morning. In Straubing and Deggendorf, peak water levels are forecasted to take place midday, and in Vilshofen, they're expected on a Wednesday. The German Weather Service (DWD) announces no more heavy rainfall, or just a little, is set to occur on Tuesday, but there may be isolated thunderstorms over the Alps in the afternoon and evening, bringing significant torrential rainfall of up to 15 liters per square meter.

At the Danube tributaries, the water level lowered in the mornings. However, the intense rainfall on Monday brought temporary spikes in water levels on the Isar and Inn. The Isar recorded a level three in Landshut and Plattling, whereas in Munich and Freising, it was level two. The Inn increased to level three in Passau too, and the high water mark is due sometime around noon.

Favorite lakes in Upper Bavaria continue to be impacted by the flood. The Ammersee stands at a slightly below level three, while the Starnberger See has only just surpassed level one.
