In Ludwigsburg, three streets have been blocked, including the L1129, as the Neckar river is slowly spilling over its banks. A police spokesperson confirmed that a car has been immersed in the water as well, but no evacuation orders have been issued, the spokesperson explained. The community has been alerted through mobile warning systems. The Neckar water level in Marbach am Neckar has increased significantly since Friday, according to the Baden-Württemberg Flood Control Center; it has risen from approximately 2.5 meters to over 6 meters due to continuous rain.
